Custom orders can leave the factory or dealer lot with missing options, transport damage, or systems that were never set up correctly. We inspect before you accept delivery so punch-list items get handled while it is still the seller's problem.

After you get home, we look for travel damage, new leaks, and systems that started acting up on the road. Catching that early is cheaper than finding it at the next campground or after the unit has sat.
Some dealerships will not allow an independent inspector on the lot. When that happens, we still work for you as a purchase consultant, billed hourly. That can include reviewing listings and options, walking you through what to look for, and helping you decide what to accept, walk away from, or put in writing before you buy.
